The Operator Tee runs 120gsm — light enough that it stops registering after the first round, structured enough to hold its line through the session. The raglan cut removes the shoulder seam entirely, so the range you have in warmups is the range you have in the shirt. No bind at the top of a shot. No drag when you post a frame.

100% polyester pulls moisture off the skin and dries fast, so the shirt you start in is the shirt you finish in. The ribbed crew collar holds its shape through repeated over-the-head pulls — the failure point on most training tees, and the reason they end up in the bottom of the bag. Slim through the body with a straight hem, so it reads clean off the mats without reading like gear.

Where it fits: strength and conditioning, warmups, drilling, walk-in and walk-out, travel days. This is a training tee, not a competition rashguard — for live no-gi rolling, wear a rashguard.
